Welcome to the Phoenixville Area School District Family.  We are excited that your child's academic career will begin with us! PASD utilizes a central registration system for all new students.  Parents are asked to complete the process below.

Before We Begin...

• Eligibility - All children who live within the PASD boundaries and will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2026 are eligible and welcome to register for Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Documentation - You will need the following documents to complete registration. To expedite the registration process, we encourage you to digitally upload your documents to the registration application.

1. State Issued Birth Certificate
2. Record of Immunizations: The Pennsylvania School Code requires all children to be fully immunized before they can attend school.  This requirement helps ensure the health and safety of all students.

3. Medical Exams
Physical and Dental exams must be dated between August 24, 2025 and August 23, 2026. These forms are required for all new students and can be dropped off at your child’s school building when complete.
• Physical Exam - PA Department of Health
• Dental Exam - PA Department of Health

4. Proof of Residency – two of the following 
           • Copy of Deed
           • Mortgage or Lease Papers
           • Utility Bill

5. Parent’s/Guardian’s Legally Approved Photo ID 
           • Driver License
               or
           • Passport
               or
           • Country/State ID

5. Custody Papers (if applicable)


Registration Steps

1. Please choose from one of the options highlighted in yellow below and follow the directions.

Are You a New
Family to PASD?                 OR

• If you are a NEW family to PASD or registering for Kindergarten and you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, use this link to create a Skyward account and start an enrollment application.

You Already
Have Students in PASD

• If you already have a student enrolled in PASD and you need to enroll another child for K-12, please login to your existing Skyward Family Access account and select "New Student Enrollment" to begin the process.

2. Once you have accessed your Skyward account, please choose the correct tile to make sure you are registering for the correct school year.

3. When you have completed the enrollment forms, click the green “Submit Form” button.

4. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by our registration department to confirm registration or ask for missing information.

 If an appointment is needed, please bring the required documents with you if you did not upload them during the registration process.

• Migrant Students
The Migrant Education Program has set up a system to identify students who may be eligible for supplemental educational services.  Please complete this form.

• A computer is available for your use in the District Administration Building lobby
• Interpreters are available upon request
