Text Messaging

District-wide

There are two ways to sign up for text messages via School Messenger/Skylert.

1. Update Skyward.
   1. Login in to Skyward. Navigate to the Skylert tab located on the left side menu)
   2. About halfway down, under Text Messages, add in your mobile numbers and select the types of messages you would like to receive.
2. Text 67587 with the words “Y” or “yes”

Remind

All families are added to Remind at the beginning of the school year and are assigned to the correct classrooms. If you did not get assigned or were assigned incorrectly, contact your building principal and they can add you manually.

Email

Add your preferred email in the Annual Student Update or update it in Skyward. If emails are going to your junk folder, make sure you add these emails to your contacts to avoid missing messages.

If you want to receive emails via Remind, you will need to set up the app and adjust your preferences.

Phone

All phone numbers entered into Skyward as primary numbers may be contacted by phone. Be sure to update your phone number in Skwyard so that we can reach the correct contacts.
