The Phoenixville Area School District is requesting proposals for Solar Photovoltaic System projects under a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract (GESA). The completed RFP is available upon request.

The Phoenixville Area School Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposals that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the School District.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 5, 2026 at 10:00AM at 386 City Line Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
