PASD uses FMX software to manage facility rentals. All requests must be made through this system. Please see below for instructions on how to use the program.

First-time Users Only

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by selecting the appropriate registration page below. Be sure to complete all information fields including liability insurance and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation.


Community User registration (All Class III, IV, and V organizations)

Booster Clubs and Home & School Associations (Class II)
