A message from Mr. Justin Brown, Climate & Culture Consultant
As the PASD Climate and Culture Consultant, my role is to serve as a strategic partner to district leadership, principals, staff, students, and families in the design and implementation of a districtwide climate and culture framework rooted in belonging, inclusion, access, and accountability. I look forward to working with you all to create these systems and frameworks and to truly make PASD a place where all students feel seen, heard, valued, and that they belong.
